Building 41 has state-of-the-art facilities, created by a cohort of Island businesses, that are sustainable and accessible by design.
Offices are available to rent on a flexible or easy ‘in-and-out’ basis. Tenants will sign a lease for three years but have the flexibility of leaving at any time, with a three-month notice.
Building 41 will offer Island businesses a variety of working conditions. From informal meeting spaces and relaxing sitting areas, to desks, private booths and meeting rooms.
Members or tenants can take advantage of the space, and external stakeholders can hire our facilities. From networking and conferences to training workshops and private 1-to-1s.
Islanders will benefit from a range of support activities happening at Building 41. We will offer workshops and courses to suit all needs.
Tenants and building users will have access to all-inclusive hot drinks, filtered water and other refreshments.
Thanks to WightFibre, Building 41 will boast a top-quality internet connection. The super-fast WiFi will drive productivity and collaboration.
In our car park, you’ll find two 7kW electric vehicle charging points, which are easily accessible by a phone app.
The downstairs co-working area features a large, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you’ll find a second, smaller one.
Building 41 has dedicated parking right outside. In the event of the car park being full, more parking is available nearby.
A variety of toilets are available, including disabled ones. Additionally, you’ll find a shower in the downstairs area.
The building has a large lift available, giving you easier access between the ground and first floor.
To keep your belongings safe, you can store them in our lockers or drawers. You’ll have to bring your own padlock.
Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited within the premises.
