Delivered by Sarah Hall, owner of Creative Logic and part-time Growth Advisor with Oxford Innovation. Sarah has over 20 years’ experience helping to make the complicated simple, and supporting people to take their businesses to the next level.

Workshop 2: Clarity of Marketing

Tue 23 May, in-person / Tue 13 June, online
Delivered by: Effie Moss, Founder & CEO of Boost Marketing & Founder of the Handmade Association. Effie is a multi-passionate entrepreneur with 23 years + experience within the Marketing world. Effie’s journey has seen her grow a multi million pound handmade business, appear on Dragons Den and secure millions of pounds of funding for both her businesses and her clients.

Workshop 3: Planning and Finances

Wed 24 May, in-person / Wed 14 June, online
Delivered by Colm Watling, a freelance business consultant based in Ventnor. Colm is an experienced non-executive director, mentor and coach for a number of SMEs and start ups across multiple sectors. He has advised businesses from pre start to established multi million pound manufacturing businesses on their financial plans for many years, from practical day to day management to strategy and raising funds (both equity sales and grants from a variety of sources). The workshop will cover creating a cash flow forecast, who and where to get help from, and the SME and start up financial background including available grants and loans.
