Meet Sam, Communications Manager for Creative Island and one of Building 41’s vibrant members. Instead of renting a private office, the whole Creative Island team immerses themselves in our social coworking side, making the most of Building 41’s collaborative atmosphere.

For Sam, Building 41 is the perfect place for her and her small team. “It allows us to come together to plan for the week. Being in one space improves communication and keeps us aligned, especially with team members spread across different locations.”

On a personal note, Sam finds coworking a game-changer, “I don’t work well at home, so Building 41 gives me the chance to connect and network with others in similar situations. I also love being surrounded by plants and chatting with everyone, it’s something I missed when working remotely.”

Sam’s favorite thing about Building 41? “The vibe. It’s such a positive, chilled-out space and so different from a typical office. It’s just a happy, collaborative environment. Even as we’re talking now, you can hear others chatting and connecting.”

She also praised the variety of spaces at Building 41, explaining, “As a creative team, we love the flexibility here, it’s perfect for productivity. And it’s great being around other types of professionals too. It helps balance out our creative way of thinking. Building 41 is such a supportive place for creatives to thrive.”
