We moved to Building 41 at the beginning of 2023. It's an excellent facility that provides a breath of fresh air to the Island's business community.

Building 41 has great facilities for solo focussed working and meeting rooms. The shared workspace includes good coffee, it's light and airy.

Overall, it is a fantastic space to work from. Building 41 has great facilities and the local bean to cup coffee machine really helps!

It's good to be around likeminded people & get out the house. But also, the set up we've got here makes it a really nice place to come into.

Building 41 is great for events. It's an open and air space. There's a really good kitchen, space for networking & a conference area for presentations.

We have attended courses relating to business planning, marketing and search engine optimisation & have received business mentoring.

I was looking to have a real work life balance, which I found working from home didn't quite give me. Building 41 gave me that work-life-balance.

It's a BREEAM-rated building, so it's much more fitting with our professional ethos. We like to set an example by inhabiting this type of space.

The best thing for us is the flexibility. For example, we use the formal board room downstairs, when we really want to impress a client.
