The Open Meeting Area, also known as Meeting Room 3, has a standard capacity for 12 people. Located on the ground floor, it is nearby the kitchen where you can help yourselves to tea, coffee, filtered water, and sparkling water. It has AV equipment allowing you to run presentations or hybrid calls which can be connected to via HDMI cable (presentations only) and USB-C port. Please note this meeting area is situated within an open plan coworking area which means it is less suitable for confidential meetings. Highly recommended for team meetings, board meetings, and training courses.
It is the responsibility of the individual booking the room to ensure that it is left in an acceptable condition at the end of the meeting.
All attendees of the meeting must sign in and out at reception.

We try to take a sympathetic view if bookings are unavoidably cancelled through illness or unforeseen crisis.
Standard hours for meeting room bookings are from 9am until 5pm through half days (9am – 1pm or 1pm – 5pm) or full day (9am – 5pm) bookings. However, out of hours events (excluding weekends) can be discussed by getting in contact via email.
